What better to pair with the movies’ biggest night than popcorn? High quality French butter and herbes de Provence make this mouthwatering snack “Parisian.” Rach also adds Parmesan cheese, because, why not?

No. 2: Michael Symon’s Fried Potatoes With Pulled Pork and Cleveland-Style BBQ Sauce

Rachael Ray Show

For this dish, Michael Symon coats a pork shoulder with a dry rub and leaves it overnight in the fridge to cure. He then cooks it low and slow in the oven for about five hours, and shreds when done. Next, he makes a delicious mustard-based barbeque sauce which he tosses with the pulled pork. Then, he breaks up mashed potatoes then drops them into a countertop fryer to make crunchy, pillowy potato bites. Finally, he piles the potatoes and pork on a platter and tops with green onions and cheese – amazing!

No. 3: Hit The Spot-light Sliders

Rach makes this “Boston” style burger with ground sirloin mixed with a splash of whiskey, and tops with cheese. She mixes bacon, Worcestershire sauce and scallions into canned baked beans, then heaps generously over the burger before topping chopped sweet pickles and a bun. Delish!
