Toss in the following ingredients to change up your tots!

From Chef Josh Capon: Buffalo Tots, Potato Skin Tots, and Tot-Chos.

From Nadia G: Greek Tots, Everything Tots, and Tex-Mex Tots.


  • 1 frozen package potato tots
For Buffalo Tots:
  • Hot sauce
  • Crumbled blue cheese
  • Chopped celery
  • Diced chicken
For Potato Skin Tots:
  • Crumbled bacon, and top with .
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Scallions
  • Sour cream, for topping
For Tot-chos:
  • Ground beef
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Scallions
  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream
For Greek Tots:
  • Crumbled feta
  • Minced sun-dried tomatoes
  • Minced Kalamata olives,
  • Dried oregano
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
For Everything Tots:
  • Minced fried garlic
  • Minced fried onion
  • Minced parsley
  • Minced fresh rosemary
  • Paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sriracha ketchup
For Tex-Mex Tots:
  • Chili powder
  • Ground cumin
  • Chipotle powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pulled pork, for topping
  • Nacho cheese, for topping


Cook 1 package of potato tots according to directions. 

For Buffalo Tots: Toss tots with hot sauce, crumbled blue cheese, chopped celery and diced chicken.

For Potato Skin Tots: Toss tots with crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, scallions and top with sour cream.

For Tot-chos: Toss tots with ground beef, cheddar cheese, scallions and top with guacamole and a dollop of sour cream.

For Greek Tots: Toss tots with crumbled feta, minced sun-dried tomatoes, minced Kalamata olives, dried oregano and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

For Everything Tots: Toss tots with minced fried garlic, minced crisped onion, minced parsley, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper. Finish with some Sriracha ketchup.

For Tex-Mex Tots: Toss tots with chili powder, cumin, chipotle powder, cayenne, salt and pepper. Top with pulled pork and nacho cheese.
