• 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 pound almonds
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Serves: 8 servings

Whisk egg white with curry powder, sugar and cayenne. Add almonds and mix lightly until evenly coated.

Place almonds on cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 375°F.

Halfway through, give almonds a quick stir so they evenly roast.

Cool and enjoy
