• 4 Granny Smith apples, quartered
  • 4 Pink Lady apples, quartered
  • 5 celery stalks, cut into 4 pieces each
  • 2 cups loosely packed spinach leaves
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • Ice cubes, optional
Serves: 4

With motor running, feed all the ingredients except the ice into a juicer, catching the juices in a bowl.

Fill four glasses with the ice cubes, if desired, pour the juice over the icem, and enjoy immediately.
