Grant's Red Velvet Brownies

Serves 8-10 servings

1 16.5-ounce package Red Velvet cake mix
3/4 cup canola oil  
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs


Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix the cake mix with the canola oil, sweetened condensed milk and eggs.

Spray a 13x9” casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour batter into the casserole dish, spreading it out evenly with a spoon.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a bit brown on the sides.

This recipe uses Red Velvet cake mix but you can use whatever kind of cake mix you prefer.
