Ingredients
  • 1 ½ ounces gin
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce St. Germain
  • 4 dashes Peychaud bitters
  • Pink Champagne
  • 1 lemon slice

Serves: 1 cocktail
Preparation

Shake first 4 ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled wine goblet. Top with pink Champagne and garnish with a lemon slice.
