Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounces St. Germain
  • 4 dashes Peychaud bitters
  • Pink Champagne
  • 1 lemon slice
Preparation

Shake first 4 ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled wine goblet. Top with pink champagne and garnish with a lemon slice.
