Over the past 12 seasons of our show, we've seen our fair share of impressive tiny homes -- but this one really floats our boat.

In fact, it IS a boat -- and it's called the Sugar Shack!

(Does that mean it holds a lot of sweet snacks?! We hope so!)

The floating house on Lake Union in Seattle belongs to our viewer named Gretchen and her husband -- and Gretchen was kind enough to take us aboard and show us around.

From their "garage" box and outdoor "nest" (where Gretchen likes to write) to their mini kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, every inch of the diminutive digs is as cozy as it gets.

How cute is the nest?!

"In a tiny kitchen, you learn that you just need the basics," Gretchen says. "No space is wasted, that's for sure."

(Spoiler alert: Wine glasses hang from the ceiling!)

Oh, and did we mention the VIEW?! You *have* to see it for yourself in the video above.

(There's even a deck with an umbrella where Gretchen can sit when it's raining, so she *never* misses out on taking it all in. #GOALS.)
