Blogger Rachel Hollis is visiting our Rachael and helping one viewer overcome her post-baby bikini nerves.
Amanda is a mom of three who had her third son only 7 months ago. She hadn’t been in a bikini for 10 years, but bravely took Rachel’s challenge to come backstage with her and put on a two-piece.
Rachel blogs at thechicsite.com about lifestyle topics, and says that women should embrace their stretch marks, “I think it’s about shifting your perception about your body. The stretch marks that you hate about yourself? Women battling infertility would kill for those stretch marks. So just changing your perception about your body and being grateful for what you’ve got.”
