How healthy is your family? After the success of our "Family Food Swap" challenge last October, Rachael has decided to take a closer look at our food and exercise intake by having two families of four trade menus! One is focused on exercise and eating only the healthiest of foods, with each family member eating about 1,500 calories a day. They will set aside the broccoli for a week and trade habits with a family that grabs take out for every meal, thinking they don't have time to cook healthy meals. Family members consume about 2,500 calories each day, with limited exercise ... that is until this trade!
