BREAKFAST

A typical breakfast for Raisman features eggs, avocado toast and fruit, with coffee or tea.

Raisman says she doesn’t eat dessert every day, but she indulges her sweet tooth enough to feel satisfied. “I like to splurge when I’m going out to dinner, I’ll have dessert -- I love it, and I think part of being healthy is having that balance.”
