Aly Raisman has won six Olympic medals and recently posed for the 2017 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, so it’s safe to say that she’s in top shape. Want to know how she fuels her body on a daily basis? Here’s a sample of her typical daily menu.

BREAKFAST

aisman loves Greek yogurt for a snack, because you can change it up by adding lots of different mix-ins, like cereal, fruit or honey.

Raisman says she doesn’t eat dessert every day, but she indulges her sweet tooth enough to feel satisfied. “I like to splurge when I’m going out to dinner, I’ll have dessert -- I love it, and I think part of being healthy is having that balance.”
