  • 1 honey bear or jar of honey with a couple tablespoons of honey left at the bottom of the jar
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, tarragon and/or thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot water


Serves: Makes about ¼ cup


Add all the ingredients into the honey bear, replace the lid and shake until combined. Use the dressing to marinate chicken before grilling or sautéing, and save it in the fridge for a quick salad during the week.
