  • 1 jar peanut butter, with a couple tablespoons left in the bottom
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Hot water


Serves: about 1/4 cup


Add all of the ingredients to the peanut butter jar, replace the lid and shake until combined. Toss with sesame seeds, scallions and cold buckwheat or whole wheat noodles.
