The classic summer cocktail goes full-on summer with the fresh addition of watermelon in this cocktail recipe from Sheryl Crow.
- 4½ cups diced seedless watermelon chunks
- ¾ cup high-quality tequila blanco
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons triple sec
- 4 cups ice
In a blender, combine half the watermelon and tequila, 2 tablespoons each sugar and lime juice, 1 tablespoon triple sec, and 2 cups ice and process until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher.
Repeat with the remaining watermelon, tequila, sugar, lime juice, triple sec, and ice. Pour into the pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.
