Kris Jenner's Sweet Potato Souffle

Serves 1 Souffle

Kris Jenner's Sweet Potato Souffle


2 Sticks Butter (Melted)
6 sweet potatoes
1/2 of a 2lb. box of Brown Sugar
2 Cups White Sugar
6 Eggs (Beaten)
1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg


Cut potatoes in 4 pieces.

Boil potatoes for 20 minutes, until soft.

Peel and mash until very fine.

Add 2 sticks of melted butter.

Add all other ingredients (except the eggs).

Add the eggs, beaten fine, at the end (once all other ingredients have been added).

Put ingredients into souffl dish.

Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
