Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste

Serves: 4-6
Preparation

 

 

Boil potatoes until tender, drain and return them to the hot pot. Mash with stock, honey, lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
