No-Cook Sauces for Chicken: Pineapple-Ginger Sauce

1 15-ounce can crushed pineapple without added sugar
2 tablespoons tamari sauce
1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
3 scallions, sliced

In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Pour over a sauted chicken breast for an instant sauce!
