Playing Art Smith's Cucumber Yogurt Raita
  • 2 cups of diced cucumbers, seeded
  • 1/2 of a red onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint
  • 2 cups of yogurt, greek style
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Begin by dicing the cucumber, mincing the red onion and garlic clove, and then chopping the mint. Place all of these ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cumin.

Add the yogurt to the bowl, stirring and smashing the ingredients so they release their flavor into the yogurt. Taste for seasoning and serve with Kebabs
