  • 2 cups non-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper
  • Assorted veggies for dipping, such as carrots, celery and zucchini spears


Serves: Makes 2 cups


Mix the yogurt together with the spices and some salt and pepper. Serve with veggies for dipping.
