- 4 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 7-ounce jar pimientos, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened
- A few dashes hot sauce
- Salt and pepper
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until combined but not too fine, about 5 pulses. Scoop out into a bowl and chill until ready to serve. Serve with any assortment of crackers and bread you like.
