  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 12 to 15 basil leaves, torn
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic drizzle
  • Salt and ground black pepper


Serves: 4 servings




Toss strawberries, basil and arugula together in a salad bowl. Drizzle with EVOO, balsamic drizzle, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
