• 2 slices multi-grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, softened
  • 2 slices of cheddar
  • 1/2 cup mild salsa


Serves: 1 serving


Heat a medium-sized, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Butter one side of each slice of bread and sandwich the cheese in between them, with the buttered sides facing outward.

Place the sandwich in the hot skillet and get each side of the sandwich golden brown and the cheese melted. Adjust the heat if you need to so the bread doesnt get too dark before the cheese can melt.

Once the sandwich is done place on a cutting board and cut in to 4 strips. Put the salsa in a bowl and dip away!
