Carole Reed's Apricot Herb Green Beans With Bacon

Serves 4-6 servings
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
4 cups frozen French style green beans
1/3 herb apricot mix recipe
2 tablespoons bacon bits
Salt and pepper

Melt butter in medium-size skillet with EVOO over medium heat. Add beans, sauting until most of the moisture has evaporated, about 3-5 mintues. Add herb apricot mix and bacon bits, sauting for about one minute more. Salt and pepper to taste.
