Cherry Tomatoes With Hummus

Serves about 5 servings
10 cherry tomatoes, stem cut out and slightly hollowed out
1 cup of prepared hummus
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Scoop the hummus out of its container and place it into a re-sealable plastic bag.

Snip off one corner to resemble a pastry bag. Gently squeeze the humus mixture in to the middle of the hollowed-out cherry tomatoes.

Chop up some parsley and sprinkle on top for garnish.
