- 5 tablespoons butter Cracked black pepper 4 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoon apple cider 4 slices cooked bacon, minced, plus bacon drippings 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 quart turkey stock
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Whisk in pepper and flour. Add apple cider, bacon, bacon drippings, maple syrup and cook about one minute. Whisk in stock, raise heat a bit and thicken gravy to lightly coat spoon.
