- 5 tablespoons butter
- Cracked black pepper
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup natural cranberry juice, reduced to 1/4 cup
- 1 cup apple cider, reduced to 1/4 cup
- 1 quart turkey stock
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Whisk in pepper and flour. Add cranberry juice and apple cider reductions and let them cook out, about one minute. Whisk in stock. Raise heat a bit and thicken gravy to lightly coat spoon.
