- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 9-ounce package tortellini (cheese, beef or spinach)
- 1 cup store-bought salsa verde
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 cup sour cream, for garnish
- 1 can pickled jalapeños, for garnish
In a large pot, bring stock to a boil. Drop in tortellini, salsa verde, cumin and chili powder. Cook 7-9 minutes, or according to tortellini package directions.
Garnish each bowl with a dollop of sour cream and pickled jalapeños.
