  • 4 skin-on, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 round of Garlic & Herb Boursin cheese, softened
  • (Pantry items include extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper)


Serves: 4 servings


Preheat oven to 375°F. 
Loosen the skin of the chicken with your fingers, being careful not to puncture the skin. Rub 1/4 of the cheese underneath the skin of each chicken, being sure to spread it out evenly.
Drizzle with EVOO and season with salt and pepper. 
Place chicken on to a nonstick sheet tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken skin is cooked and the meat is cooked.
