No. 1: Roasted Cauliflower Broccoli Pasta Bake with White Cheddar

Crispy pancetta is folded into a creamy white cheddar cheese sauce, with roasted cauliflower and broccoli. Stir in al dente pasta and top with crunchy, buttery bread crumbs.

No. 2: Clodagh McKenna's Shepherd’s Pie with Colcannon Topping

This rich yet nutritious Shepherd’s Pie will please the whole famly. Clodagh makes a quadruple batch, freezes three-fourths, and eats the rest the night she makes it.

Who doesn’t love nachos? Rachael “tiles” her chips, smoky chipotle chicken, and cheese so that the ingredients are well distributed, heats, and then tops with salsa, jalapenos and sour cream. Nothing wrong with any of that!

Tip: Make your life easier and give yourself more time to watch the games by using a pre-cooked supermarket rotisserie chicken!

No. 4: Cookie Monster’s Sausage and Zucchini Strata

This delicious casserole features layers of bread, zucchini, sausage and cheese. Even better – tell your kids that Cookie Monster invented it and they’ll be glad to eat it, and might even want to help make it!

This delish veggie entrée is composed of layered tomatoes, zucchini and potatoes with herbs and olive oil, topped with a cheese-y breadcrumb crust. Our stomachs are rumbling just thinking about it!

This classic Tuna Casserole recipe is a throwback! Sliced, white button mushrooms are browned and added with onion, garlic cloves, celery, dry Sherry, fresh bay and thyme. We stir in super-wide egg noodles to the savory mixture. Then top with grated gruyere cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano, bread crumbs and parsley.

Love boxed hamburger kits but want to make it yourself and know exactly what fresh ingredients are going into it? Try this Cheesy Cheeseburger Casserole? Yep! In a large skillet, we heat ground beef, onions, tomato sauce and seasonings. Mix in pasta, ricotta, sour cream, bell peppers and scallions. Then heavily sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese until it’s bubbly and brown.

This mouth-watering casserole is definitely a treat! You just layer rotisserie chicken and potatoes, with a delish buffalo bechamel sauce and cheese! Delish!
