Chris Ekpiken's Cheese and Bacon Wrap

Serves 10 snack-size servings

1 8-ounce bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 sheet of puff pastry
3 cups cooked Applewood Smoked bacon bits


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.  Layer cheese and cooked bacon on puff pastry sheet. Tightly roll up pastry like a log and put in fridge for 20 minutes.

Cut roll into 1-inch pieces and arrange pieces on a baking sheet. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Remove and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
