Haricots Frites with Sriracha Ketchup

Serves 4

12 ounces haricots verts or trimmed green beans
2 shallots, thinly sliced lengthwise
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Olive oil, for drizzling
Salt and pepper or seasoning blend
2 tablespoons sriracha
1/4 cup ketchup


Preheat oven to 450°F. 
Toss beans, shallots and garlic with a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt and pepper or seasoning blend.  Combine ketchup and sriracha in a large mixing bowl.

Roast beans 12-15 minutes until crispy at edges then toss with sriracha and ketchup. Scatter on baking sheet and return to oven 2 minutes to set the sauce.
