Tip 1: Use an Ice Cream Scoop and Dip in Water
If you use an ice cream scoop to spoon your meat out of the bowl, all your meatballs will be the same size. Dip your scoop in a bowl of fresh water between meatballs to clean and make sure your meat stays moist. How simple!
Tip 2: Bake, Don’t Fry
If you bake your meatballs on a cooking sheet, not only will they be more figure-friendly, they will also stay together more and won’t end up with one flat side.
