If you’ve never had pumpkin hummus, pumpkin soup, or a savory pumpkin pie, you are missing out! Set aside one of your Halloween pumpkins, or just pick up a can of pumpkin puree, and make one of these delish dishes!

No. 1: Pumpkin Hummus

This is a fun treat to serve at a Halloween gathering, or even to make for Thanksgiving. Just mix pumpkin puree (canned or you can make your own) with store-bought hummus. Easy-peasy!

No. 2: Total 10 Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

If you’re looking for a guilt-free treat that won’t weigh you down, try Dr. Oz’s super healthy smoothie, which features pumpkin puree, banana, flaxseed oil, coconut milk and other uber-nutritious ingredients!

No. 3: Richard Blais’ Pumpkin Soup

This warm and comforting fall soup features pumpkin, carrot, onion and sage. Richard Blais tops it with a nitro crème fraiche, but you can skip the liquid nitrogen part if that is too much for you!

No. 4: Penne with Pumpkin and Sausage

This belly-warming fall pasta dish features pumpkin and squash tossed with penne and a variety of autumn flavors. Yum!

No. 5: Savory Pumpkin Pie

This is totally different! Why not make a savory pumpkin pie instead of a sweet one? This pie adds cheddar cheese and chili powder to the pumpkin puree. Fun!

No. 6: Katie Lee’s Pumpkin Monkey Bread

For this fun fall twist on Monkey Bread, chop store-bought biscuit bread like you normally do. But instead of cinnamon, add in some pumpkin pie spice. Then, mix some pumpkin purée and brown sugar into your melted butter mixture. The sweet, pumpkin and cinammon taste throughout fluffy dough will be an instant hit.
