Rach’s ribs have a bite, courtesy of Fresno chile and lots and lots of garlic and grated onion, and are slow-cooked to a falling-off-the-bone consistency. For a creepy Halloween effect, Rach plates two racks of ribs around a red pepper with a knife sticking out to resemble a heart! Shivers!
