Use as salad dressing, in wraps/yiros and also as dip for snacks.


  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 two-inch piece cucumber, halved
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Serves: about 1 cup


Remove the seeds from the cucumber and finely dice. Place the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Before serving, remove garlic clove.
