You don’t need an oven or even a microwave for this popular oatmeal preparation. Graham mixes vanilla greek yogurt and rolled oats, then leaves overnight. In the morning, he garnishes with apple, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and raisins. Super healthy and tasty!

No. 2: Kayla Itsines’ Peanut Butter Protein Bars

These protein-packed delicious bars are free of added sugar and feature nuts, quinoa and dates. Nothing to feel bad about there!

No. 3: Graham Elliot’s Shaved Broccoli Salad

For this dish, Graham shreds broccoli to make a salad base, then adds pomegranate seeds, shaved parmesan, slivered almonds and a honey-dijon dressing. Simple and super healthy.

No. 4: Kayla Itsines’ Spinach and Tomato Mini Frittatas
