Ingredients
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1/2 cup Triple Sec or orange liqueur
  • 1 cucumber, quartered (any cucumber will work)
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
Preparation

Add the tequila, triple sec, cucumber and lemon juice to a blender and blend for 30 seconds on high. Strain the margarita through a colander to remove the pieces of seed and pulp.
 
Serve on the rocks or blend with ice. I garnish these with a cucumber wheel and sprig of cilantro.
