Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk, such as unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries, preferred brand Whole Foods because they are sweetest
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (depending how sweet you want it)
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 banana
Preparation

Blend milk, raspberries and honey in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl or container that has a cover and stir in the Chia seeds (don’t add Chia to the blender). Top with sliced banana.
