Kitchen Twins’ Raspberry-Chia Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

1 cup milk, such as unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries, preferred brand Whole Foods because they are sweetest
1 to 2 tablespoons honey (depending how sweet you want it)
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 banana


Blend milk, raspberries and honey in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl or container that has a cover and stir in the Chia seeds (don’t add Chia to the blender). Top with sliced banana.
