• 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 bag cinnamon-sugar pita chips
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 cups fluffy marshmallow topping


Serves: 4-6


Preheat broiler to high.

In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream to simmering. Add in chocolate chips, and whisk to combine.

Line the bottom of a sheet tray evenly with pita chips. Pour chocolate ganache over the pita chips and top with dollops of marshmallow topping. Broil until the top is golden brown.
