- 12 cubes of watermelon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 12 mini mozzarella balls
- Basil leaves
- 12 mini skewers or toothpicks
Place melon into a bowl and dress with lemon juice.
On mini skewers or large toothpick, thread one mozzarella ball, followed by a basil leaf and lastly, 1 watermelon cube. Place skewers or toothpicks onto a platter and serve.
