Ingredients

  • A handful of parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 bag frozen French fries

Yield

Serves: 4-6

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, dried dill, chives, garlic and onion powders, and pepper. Set aside.

In another small bowl, mix the ketchup with the hot sauce.

Bake or fry French fries according to package directions until golden brown. While the fries are still hot, place them into a large brown paper bag or a bowl. Dump the seasoning mixture on the fries and shake or toss to coat the fries with the seasoning. Place the fries onto a serving platter and serve with the hot ketchup alongside.
