Ingredients
- A healthy cup fresh mint
- A healthy cup fresh Italian parsley
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 healthy cloves garlic
- Salt (sea salt) and pepper
Yield
Serves: about 1 cup
Preparation
Place mint, parsley and garlic in a food processor and chop. Add little of olive oil and process again into a sauce. Squeeze in 1/2 lime and remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
