1 1/2 cups apple cider, frozen in an ice cube tray
2 shots bourbon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 splashes orange juice


Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until slushy. Garnish with an apple slice.
