Game Day Grub: Smoky Beef and Bean Chili

Eating chili while watching pretty much any sport during the fall season is a rite of passage for most. So to embrace this chilly (but cozy) season, we say it’s time to bust out the Dutch oven and get cookin’!

This thick, hearty chili is filled with chunks of smoky beef, meaty bacon, sweet and slightly spicy (but not enough to send you screaming) Ancho chilies, and lots of beans… basically everything that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside when thinking about dinner on a crisp, fall day.

We love to top this meal off with crunchy corn chips, diced onions, fresh cilantro and a dollop of  crème fraiche. You know you want some. Get the full recipe here.
