- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup vitamin D-fortified whole, low-fat or skim milk or unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon unsalted organic peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla protein powder
- 10 small ice cubes
Serves: 1 smoothie
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
