B-L-T Burger Night + "The View" Host Sara Haines
Whether it's a holiday or a snow day, if the kids are home from school, give them something fun to do by getting them in the kitchen to bake! Not only will they be happy they get to take some credit for making the baked goods, but they’ll be excited to eat their sweet treats later. Try making one (or both!) of these recipes from Buddy Valastro below. They’re easy to make and get the kids’ stamp of approval!

Nutella “Pizza”
Want a sweet treat that can be made in a pinch? All you need is some Nutella, fresh fruit and a sheet of frozen puff pastry. That’s it! Roll out the puff pastry dough, spread it generously (and by that we mean, go to town!) and bake it. When it comes out of the oven, top it with the berries… and maybe even some more chocolate if you want!

Cinnamon Toast Pistachio Cheesecake
This is probably the most interesting cheesecake you’ll ever make, and it’s downright creamy and dreamy! The crust is made out of cinnamon cereal (you know which one we’re talking about, right?) and melted butter. The filling is simply pistachio-flavored instant pudding, cream cheese, eggs and sugar. This unexpected flavor combination will leave you wanting more!
