- 1/2 cup double cream
- 4 ounces ready-made chocolate brownies
- 4 fluid ounces Irish cream liqueur (I love the new Kerrygold one!)
Whisk the double cream to a soft peaks and set aside.
Next crumble brownies into pieces and divide between four serving glasses or jars. Pour the Irish cream liqueur over the chocolate brownies. Spoon the softly whipped cream on top of each brownie. The result should look like a small glass of Guinness! (You could also sprinkle some grated chocolate on top or chocolate brownie crumbs.)
