Serve over Rach’s Turkey Roll Meatloaf with Ham and Cheese.
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated onion and its juice
- 4 tablespoons flour
- Salt and coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef consommé
- 3 cups chicken stock
Melt butter in a saucepot over medium to medium-high heat. Whisk in onion and flour and cook a minute then add salt, pepper, Worcestershire, beef consommé and chicken stock. Simmer to thicken a bit.
