Chocolate-Caramel Microwave Mug Cake

Serves 1 mug cake

2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons milk
1 Werther’s Original Sugar Free Chewy Caramel


Place the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into an 8-ounce mug and mix with a fork until combined. Add the vegetable oil and milk, and mix until smooth.
Place a Werther’s Original Sugar Free Chewy Caramel into the middle of the cake batter then microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Serve warm.
