For The Smoothie Bowl
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup mashed avocado
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ice cubes
1 to 2 teaspoons agave syrup, or more to tasteTopping Ideas
  • Granola
  • Flaked coconut
  • Golden raisins (just a few)
  • Blueberries
  • Dried pineapple bits
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Cocoa nibs


Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth. Add a little more agave if you want to make it sweeter. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Get your spoon and enjoy every sweet, citrus-y bite!
